1:1 strategic consulting

Direct access to the senior strategist. Application-required. No introductions, no motivation — operator-level decisions only.

Personal consulting with Csiki Ervin-György is for operators who already have a venture in motion, real revenue or real ambition, and a specific decision in front of them. It's not introductory coaching. It's not motivational content. It's a precise hour where infrastructure decisions get made, frameworks get applied, and outcomes get documented in a structured deliverable you can act on the next morning.

What's included

  • 60-minute live session, online, with Csiki Ervin-György personally
  • Pre-session qualification call with our team (free, ~20 minutes) to scope the topic
  • Pre-session briefing form, reviewed before the call
  • Session recording (with your consent), AI-assisted transcript and structured synthesis document delivered within 48 hours
  • Operating frameworks, decision matrices and references — provided where relevant
  • 30-day asynchronous follow-up window for clarification questions over email

What it is not

  • Not coaching, not motivation, not 'mindset work'
  • Not done-for-you implementation — that's a separate, longer engagement
  • Not in person — all sessions are online
  • Not transferable — booked time belongs to the named client only
