2. Purpose of the site
The site is informational and used to apply for engagements with iXelero. Submitting an application does not create a contract or guarantee an engagement.
3. Application and qualification
Applications go through a two-step process: (1) a short intake form, and (2) a qualification survey covering company and operational context. We may decline applications without disclosing the full reason. Information you submit is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
4. Consulting engagements and pricing
1:1 strategic consulting with Ervin Csiki is billed at EUR 3,000 per hour, payable in advance. Sessions are online. Booked time is non-transferable. Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled time; sessions cancelled with less notice are non-refundable. We may decline to schedule or proceed with a session if, at our discretion, there is no professional fit.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful use; no unauthorized access; no automated scraping.
- No spam or fraudulent submissions through the application form.
- No impersonation or misrepresentation.
6. Intellectual property
All content, brand assets, methodology names (including “The iXelero Operating Method”) and proprietary frameworks are owned by CSIKI CAPITAL SRL. No part may be copied, redistributed or used without prior written consent.
7. Third-party services
The site relies on third-party services (hosting, CRM, email). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their policies or downtime.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Information on the site does not constitute legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSIKI CAPITAL SRL and its representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Total aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed EUR 100. Mandatory legal protections remain unaffected.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cluj, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
