- Advertising and media. The performance of campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms depends on factors we do not control — algorithms, auctions, platform policies, ad approvals, budgets and seasonality. Reach, cost per lead or return on ad spend cannot be guaranteed.
- Database reactivation and outreach. You confirm that you hold a valid legal basis (under GDPR and applicable electronic-communications rules) to contact the people in any database you provide us, and you remain the data controller for that data. Outcomes depend on data quality, consent status, industry and your team’s ability to close.
