This policy describes the cancellation and refund rules for paid services delivered by CSIKI CAPITAL SRL (“iXelero”, “we”) — including 1:1 strategic consulting sessions and longer engagements.
1. 1:1 strategic consulting sessions (€3,000 / hour)
1.1 Payment
All sessions are billed in advance. The session is scheduled in the calendar only after payment has been received and confirmed.
1.2 Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session at no cost up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling requests submitted in this window are honored once; subsequent reschedules for the same booking are at our discretion.
1.3 Cancellations
- Cancelled more than 48 hours before the session: full refund, minus any payment processing fees.
- Cancelled less than 48 hours before the session: no refund. The session may be rescheduled within 30 days at our discretion.
- No-show (client doesn't join the session within 15 minutes of start): no refund, no reschedule.
1.4 Cancellation by iXelero
If we cancel a session for any reason on our side (illness, force majeure, scheduling conflict), you receive: (a) the option of a full refund, or (b) a rescheduled session at a mutually agreed time within 30 days, plus a complimentary 30-minute follow-up.
1.5 What's not refundable
The pre-session qualification call with an advisor is free and not refundable (because no payment was collected). The post-session synthesis deliverable, once produced, is not refundable.
2. Longer engagements (advisory contracts, venture-building)
Multi-month or multi-year engagements are governed by the individual contract signed between the parties. Refund and cancellation terms for those engagements are defined in the contract and may include: termination clauses with notice periods, performance milestones, escrow arrangements, or equity vesting schedules. In all cases, the signed contract supersedes this page.
3. Disputes
If you believe a refund decision was made in error, contact us at contact@ervincsiki.com within 14 days of the original session date. We review every reasoned complaint and respond within 5 working days.
4. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government action, internet or telecom outages, or critical health emergencies. Such cancellations are treated as iXelero-initiated under clause 1.4.
5. Governing law
This policy is governed by Romanian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cluj, Romania, except where mandatory consumer protection rules grant you the right to seek redress elsewhere.
