The iXelero Operating Method

A disciplined, 5-phase operating protocol. Every engagement runs through it — from a single AI workflow to a multi-year venture build-out. What changes is the depth of each phase, not the order. The discipline itself is the deliverable.

    Duration: 6–12 weeks
