What stands behind the systems we build

Since 2016 I have invested consistently in learning: seminars, programs, founder communities, 1:1 coaching and hundreds of hours of courses and books, with notes I still use today. Everything we apply at iXelero went through that filter first, and then through the businesses I operate.

The path, in short

  1. 2012

    First job

I start working and, in parallel, learning business from books and seminars.

  2. 2016

First events: Jim Bagnola, Zoltan Veres, Brian Tracy

March 2016, Cluj: Jim Bagnola at The Office (29 March) and Zoltan Veres at Golden Tulip (30 March). In October, One Day MBA with Brian Tracy. I start attending Lorand Soares Szasz's seminars — three times at “21 Secrets of Top Salespeople” — and go through Business Mastery several times.

  3. 2017

Real estate, first public talk, first US company

Masterclass with Paul Vincenti (RE/MAX) and his agent-training program. My first public talk at 5MS Cluj, after Ovidiu Oltean's intensive public-speaking course. The Amazonienii e-commerce program, with which I launched Milleby, my first online store — registered as an LLC in Wyoming (USA), with its own trademark.

  4. 2018

Unleash the Power Within — London

18–21 April 2018: a week as a volunteer at Tony Robbins's event, with access to every session and the firewalk, twice. In parallel, 1:1 leadership coaching with the John Maxwell Team (2018–2019).

  5. 2018–2019

    Founder communities and consulting

The Startup Academy community (Paul Coman), BT Mic events for entrepreneurs, Călin Biriș's digital-marketing courses, and 1:1 consulting with Ovidiu Toader — an entrepreneur who exited to a multinational and is now a highly sought-after business coach.

  6. 2019

10X with Grant Cardone · Scale-Up 1000 with Cristian Onețiu

The 10X conference in Miami, on a ticket from Lorand Soares Szasz. The Scale-Up 1000 program in Bucharest (June 2019), followed by meetings and a focus group in Cluj.

  7. 2020

The crisis year — and the year with the most study hours

Cardone University end to end, Scale-Up Task Force, LSS crisis webinars and the NAGYRESTART conference — continuity plans, remote management, finance.

  8. 2022–2023

    Management and sales systems

TBF's 30 Days MBA and management systems (Răzvan Căzănescu), Sell Like Crazy (Sabri Suby) — implemented in our sales process — and Taylor Welch's planning trainings.

  9. 2023–2026

    Offer, acquisition, emotional intelligence

The Acquisition.com books and frameworks (Alex Hormozi), “The 5% Secret” (LSS), Zoltan Veres's Back to Yourself emotional-intelligence program and John Maxwell Team Romania seminars (most recently in 2025).
