Database Reactivation

Revenue from the contacts you already have. No new ad spend.

You've been collecting contacts for years. Phone numbers, emails, request dates — people who at some point raised their hand but never got converted. Most businesses sit on this gold mine and keep spending on new acquisition. We mine it. Performance-based, no revenue — no cost beyond software usage.

What we actually do

  • Full audit of your existing contact database (minimum 5,000 contacts, at least name, phone, email, request date)
  • Segmentation by recency, source, intent signals, and buyer potential
  • Multi-channel outreach scripts (SMS, email, WhatsApp, voice AI) tailored to your industry
  • End-to-end execution — our team sends, calls, nurtures, and follows up
  • Weekly reporting: contacts touched, conversations opened, deals closed
  • Handoff of qualified leads to your sales team — or we close them with Customer Concierge if that's part of your engagement

Real case study

7,400 dormant contacts → 20% reactivated in 60 days

On a real dental database of 7,400 contacts — people who had requested information in previous years but had never been converted — we reactivated 20% into relevant conversations within 60 days. For high-ticket businesses (over €5k average client value) or subscription models, the math is brutal: convert one reactivated contact and the entire campaign pays for itself. The rest is pure profit on contacts that were going to sit dead otherwise.

Pricing

Always performance-based. Percentage of revenue generated.

We take a percentage of the revenue generated from reactivated contacts. No new revenue, no cost beyond basic software usage charges. This aligns our interests with yours — we only win when you win. The exact percentage depends on database size, industry, and complexity of the sales cycle, discussed during qualification.

Duration

Minimum 30 days per campaign. Longer for larger databases or complex sales cycles. The first 30 days typically cover audit, segmentation, script development, warm-up sequences, and initial reactivation touches. Subsequent 30-day cycles are pure execution and optimization.

Who this is for

  • Minimum 5,000 contacts in your database — with at least name, phone, email, and date of original inquiry
  • High-ticket businesses with average client value above €5,000, or recurring/subscription models — where unit economics obviously support reactivation
  • Industries with repeat purchase or upsell potential (dental, healthcare, premium automotive, high-end services, SaaS, education)
  • A sales team or Customer Concierge capable of closing the qualified conversations we hand over

Who this is NOT for

  • Databases with fewer than 5,000 contacts — not enough base to justify the setup cost
  • Low-ticket, one-time transactions where the lifetime value doesn't support performance pricing
  • Businesses that don't have at least name + phone/email + original request date in their records
  • Operators looking for guaranteed outcomes — nothing is guaranteed, but the model aligns risk
